Siding and roofing installation company for residential and commercial construction. Over 13 years in this industry and looking for more years to come and looking for a great person to join our company. We will need: English and Spanish speaking person with trade experience Manage the job site to make sure it is safe, clean, and secure. Inspection of work completed and complete daily report in the company's CRM system Compare daily production rate and cooperate with the team about timelines or any delays Attend site meetings and complete toolbox meetings Coordinate material delivery, check on quantity, check the material condition and resolve any issues that arise Pick up and deliver materials that might be required to complete the work In time Communicate with General Contractors, project managers, and homeowners and make sure work is completed according to agreements and to their satisfaction Close out the punch list with the team and sign off on the completion of the project with the owners and project managers.
