Sweet loving 5 year old cat needs to be re-homed

Jazmin is 5 years old, fixed and an indoor cat. She is sweet and loving, a real cuddly cat, and petite, with short hair, weighing between 7-8 lbs. I have to rehome her because I have ongoing health problems and I can't give her the care she deserves. I've had her since she was a kitten. Please reply with your phone number if you'd like to come meet her. To her new cat Mom or Dad I will include litter and some food. She will be fine with another cat in the house, but also will make a great companion to a Senior, a child, or anyone who wants this loving girl.
