Looking for a highly skilled tradesman that is worthy of being a business partner. Yes, if you're looking for an hourly job or even a daily rate job this is not for you. We'll be splitting everything in half 50/50. Wins and losses. The right person MUST have experience in residential remodels. From demo,light framing, drywall, electrical, hvac, plumbing, and everything in general rough and finish. My strongs are electrical,framing, and drywall so if you lack some skills i can hold your weight then your strong skills will balance out.The ideal person should already be doing their own projects with their own clients and their own tools and equipment. Yes I already have multiple homeowners and contractors that feed me work. I have all my tools and equipment. So basically I'm looking for a right hand man that I can work well with and merge our small businesses and grow it legit. The problem is I can't run the company on my own advertising, estimates, scheduling, LABOR, material runs, and everything in the process of completing a restroom, kitchen, garage, home remodel. Obviously I don't do new construction but there's nothing I can't do after rough framing. Finding temp labor or semi good workers is not as hard as finding that one that will go the extra mile to get the projects completed and get rewarded for it correctly. Meanwhile you have someone just as skilled as you and hunger to grow a successful company. You don't need any certificates or license but big plus. Also don't matter the years experience aslong as you meet criteria above. And lastly age or looks don't matter.
