Original indie-folk/pop/americana husband/wife duo seeking low-key drummer/percussionist to play (mostly) acoustic material. Think Yo La Tengo, Fruit Bats, Lucinda Williams, Waxahatchee, Corey Hanson, etc. Looking for someone comfortable on a stripped-down kit with brushes, shakers, tambourine, etc. Backup vocal abilities would be a plus, but not required. We’ve got about 25 originals right now. We’re looking to step up our live game with tasteful grooves provided by you! We have 2 EPs coming out this fall -- if you’re interested we can send some tracks your way. You will of course get a cut of any paying gigs we play, but although we're serious about our music, we're not doing this for a living. We are not a wedding band. If the vibe is strong and the chemistry is good, we can make it worth your while monetarily.
