We are currently hiring for an Installation Manager for our Acrylic Shower and Bath systems. NOTE: THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION, REQUIRING PLUMBING, CARPENTRY, AND CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE! Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year As Installation Manager, you will lead your installation team to successfully and efficiently install our products. Key Role Responsibilities: ● Assigns jobs to our Installation Teams ● Develops and enforces Installation Roadmap for Installation Teams to follow ● Communicates throughout the day with installers to monitor and support production ● Helps complete installations, making sure that the customer is always taken care of ● Ensures jobs are closed out successfully, including completed paperwork and payment ● On-the-job training for new hires, continuously improves installation process and safety procedures. ● Reviews timesheets daily to ensure that scheduling and production expectations are aligned ● Provides feedback to Operations Team with recommendations related to job site measuring, ordering materials, and setting up the Installation Team for success. ● Conducts interviews, aides in selecting new employees Requirements for this role: ● At least 3 years of experience in the construction / home improvement industry, including hands-on experience with residential construction. ● Capable of installing all types of common residential plumbing. You will be training new hires on basic residential plumbing, and helping them where needed! ● At least 1 year of experience working with Acrylic Shower and Bath systems strongly preferred ● Valid driver’s license ● High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred ● Track record of leadership experience ● Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred ● Strong work ethic with a Team Player mentality ● Can-do attitude ● Excellent customer service skills ● Attention to detail!
