A grassroots movement that is working to plant and steward food forest and land restoration projects across America is looking for qualified apprentices!!!! Please share around!! Would you like to build confidence in yourself and your abilities while learning Carpentry/Construction Tree Planting and orchard care Basic Automotive and Mechanical skills Make plant medicine and identify local plants Self-Defense and Martial Arts Daily exercise, stretching, and focus on health Electricity and solar systems. Growing food crops And much, much more!? If you answered yes, to all three of these questions, AND You are ready to spend the next 3 months living and working on a full time, organic farm in development, then there is an amazing opportunity for you! The Sanctuary is offering 500$ a week (2,000$ per month) as a starting salary on top of food staples provided, and land to live on. There will be expectation/performance reviews each week with 25$ a week raises that can enable you to reach a 3,000$ a month salary in 6 weeks! After 1 full year of successful Apprenticeship, a candidate can expect to reach “Journeyman” status, and be in charge of leading/managing a permaculture site and training new apprentices! Despite being a full time position, we make time several days a week to go hiking/swimming, explore local waterfalls, and other extra-curricular activities! After 3 successful months, an apprentice graduates to Lvl2! They are awarded a pure silver medallion, and become eligible to visit other food forest permaculture sites and work on projects at other locations like Austin, Tx or maybe Costa Rica!
