Janitor wanted to do a weekly clean of the American Dance Institute's dance studios in 4 locations: Greenwood, Wedgwood, Magnolia and Shoreline) and Shoreline Music School's music rooms which are adjacent to the dance school. Tasks would include dusting, sweep/vacuum all areas, wash dance floors, clean bathrooms, common areas and general straighten up of all facilities. Some outdoor work (blowing leaves, sweeping sidewalks etc) as seasonally required. The work can be done weekdays before 3:00pm or evenings after 9:30pm. Occasional cleanings late Friday or Saturday nights when we have events at the school and classes the following morning. It would be great to have one person do all locations, but I am open minded to splitting it up between a few folks if proximity to where you live comes into consideration. This is a part time position, approximately 10-15 hours a week and involves some light lifting. If doing all locations, applicant must have a car to get from one location to the next as I will pay for travel time between the different locations. Applicant must be dependable and have 3 solid employment references that can speak to your attention to detail and accountability.
