Hi my name is Noelle. My family and I are looking for a small dog breed puppy. I have been scammed by people from here twice now. I no longer have the funds I had for a rehoming fee, I now only have $25! I’m looking for a puppy who can grow up in our family and become an emotional support dog for my 9 year old ADHD son, my 3 year old High Functioning Autistic son, my fiancée, and myself!
