Low Brass Player Seeking to Join or Form Ensemble

I graduated with a music degree 27 years ago, but then chose a different career path and put my musical self into hibernation. Now, my embouchure is quickly returning and I’d almost dare to make a sound outside of the practice room… 😉 My favorite genres range from early music, the Renaissance and Reformation Eras, and nearly anything that is arranged well for brass instruments. I take playing and performance seriously, but I am not into the competitive (or snooty) crowd. Instead, I’d be delighted to find one or more folks that would also derive joy from both the time spent rehearsing and the performance. Venues such as community, church, and other festive events are my favorites. I own a Miraphone 187 BBb tuba, a J. Packer 274 euphonium, a bunch of old German/Prussian/Czech curiosities, and a double Wagner tuba (just for fun). I also work in Newberg and can haul my stuff. Thanks for reading! 😊
