Stolen Dogs - please any information IDing and finding dogs!

My friends two dogs (white Lab mix - Hudson, and Stafforshire Terrier mix - Monte Carlo) were taken on the corner of Olive & Olympic in DTLA Sunday, July 17 from their dog sitter. Last seen with a 6'3" man with dark hair and a woman with blonde hair in a black BMW X5 - end of plate CU654. They attacked the sitter, threw on their own leashes, took off the dogs, and shoved them in the back of the black SUV and drove off. The sitter was able to take a few photos during the attack and we are hoping to ID them and find the dogs. Any information would be so helpful! Please help these dogs get back home safely!
