Need someone to build a Custom Catio

We're a family with a lot of cats, 5 to be exact, and we're looking to have a dedicated space for our pets in our backyard. I'm looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to help build us a sizable play area. I've included some pictures to give you a general idea of what we're looking for. The catio should be around 7' X 5' X 7' with a door/gate included. We do plan on placing shelving to hang off the sidings so the cats can sit so we don't want anything that isn't sturdy enough to hold up 20 lbs. Please state your experience, pictures of your past jobs, your budget for labor and materials and your timeline to get this done.
