Looking to hire someone with handyman and construction skill sets. Job details include but not limited to maintenance, repairs, small to medium sized remodeling and make ready projects. Please send your name, phone number and/or email and a list of things you know how to do. We are looking for aprt time and/or full time with minimum of 40 hours a week or more if you want more hours. This will be a 1099 contracted job. We will be paying weekly after calculating total number of hours/days worked. Must have own car, cell phone and basic tools for the trade but we will provide tools if needed. Pay will start at $18/H and we will provide $50 each week for gas for driving to and from work, buying materials and back and forth between properties needing work done. We will also pay an extra service call and after work hours rate of $27/H for service call and emergencies if you are available and willing to take the call, it is not a requirement.
