Started garage demolition, all siding, sheetrock and shingles are removed already. Your scope would be to safely finish taking the roof down (plywood decking, rafters), take down the 2 car garage door, and the rest of the studs holding the roof up. Have a 20yard dumpster with about 1/3 of the space still empty. Location is near Shepard and Westheimer in central Hoisotn. Should be doable by 2 people who know what they're doing under a day, offering ~$600.
