wont pay for the work i did

So I answered a ad not to long ago for cleaning for a company names Avia...the first few jobs were smooth and the owner of the company, who btw doesn't even live in Arizona, cashapped the money for the job as soon as I was done. I always did a good job and hadn't had any problems. Then on the last house hours go by after I'm done and I still haven't been paid...he says she refused to pay because there were things dine wrong!! Um what? Well before I left, the gentleman walked thru and gave everything a thumbs up. So it couldn't have been that bad. So he doesn't want to get her to pay and I think him being the owner, he should have paid me! I never signed anything that I wouldn't get paid should a customer decide they don't want to pay!! So if you have gone thru this with this company. Please hit me up. I'm trying to file a suit. His name was Niko and this company is Avai CLEANING.
