Hello! We are a smaller, friendly HVAC company looking for skilled labor - part time or full time depending upon your schedule. We work throughout the Twin Cities on a variety of different projects to keep your days exciting - not doing the same thing over and over each week. On the residential side we work with both homeowners and investors. This includes furnace & air conditioner installations, ductwork installation, investor remodel projects, boiler to forced air conversions, mini split AC systems, new construction and more. Climate Tech was founded to provide our customers with honest work at a fair price. If you are tired of working for a big corporate company installing overpriced units with huge markups, we can help you to sleep better at night. We treat our customers fairly and provide honest advice when determining their needs. No high pressure or misleading sales. If they need a $200 part versus a full replacement, we tell them the truth so they can consider all options and make the best decision and save them money along the way. To a lesser extend we do commercial work as well specializing in restaurants and commercial kitchens, ventilation hoods, make up air, rooftop units, and problem solving for specialized HVAC applications. This work can sometimes include apartment buildings, new construction, offices, and warehouse spaces. Residential Responsibilities Include: Independent or assisted installation of furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork based upon experience At least 2 years of installation experience preferred Must have valid driver's license Apprentice or Journeyman comp cards are a plus Experience with ductless mini-split installations is a plus Owning your own tools is a plus - but they can also be provided Pay is negotiable based upon your experience and any competency cards or licenses obtained.
