Job Title: Retail AssociateLocation: San Diego, CAReports To: Sale ManagerType: Full TimeSchedule: Typically Wed-Sun, 8 hours per dayStatus: Non-Exempt Positions & PayAssociate- $17/hrSenior  Associate- $18/hrEstate Sale Manager- $19/hr + BonusSenior Estate Sale Manager- $21/hr + BonusAssistant Operations Manager- $23/hr + Bonus Other Compensations: $200 monthly gas car, $200 signing bonus after completion of 6 weeks of training programPosition Summary: Responsible for the retail operations of the Estate Sale business including setup and merchandising, customer service, sales and breakdown of events.  Minimum Requirements: Experience working in a retail store ringing up customers, merchandising and other related duties preferred. Experience with customer service preferred. Responsibilities / Essential Functions:Manage the preparation and operation of the Estate SaleStock supplies at the saleAssisting prep & price of sale items Work with team members to stage, prep, and price items for salePhotograph items in the saleGenerate an itemized list of itemsCreate and hang signage throughout the homeBreak down and clean up the sale after it is over. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.  Qualifications: Must have a high level of integrity that is evident to clients and employees. Ability to work efficiently.  Provide outstanding customer service.  Must have a Valid Drivers License Working Conditions:Work is performed in both an office environment and in-home settings with clients. The work requires driving to Estate Sale sites and other locations. Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work frequent weekends and evenings.
