19 year old App/Quarter mare

We are rehoming our 19 year old Appaloosa/Quarter horse mare. We have had her for 7 years now. She can ride English and Western. We have taken her on trails before. Both my daughters have rode her many times. She's been raised with horses, cattle, dogs, chickens, goats, pigs and chickens. She has never been lame or needed the vet for any reason. She's been off for over a year now just in the pasture. I'm high risk with twins now and need to downsize drastically as I am on best rest and moving closer to a better high risk hospital the first. Her rehoming fee is 1000. I do not need to rehome her what so ever. It's just not fair that I won't be able to go out to the barn multiple times a day and she isn't happy without her human there. You will need to trailer her but she loads fine and has been barefoot the entire time. Her teeth have been floated every year.
