Press release from the City of Carlsbad: December 30, 2020 The City of Carlsbad has scheduled a special meeting of the City Council to be held on Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 3 pm. Due to the holiday schedule, the agenda and staff report will not be published until Monday, Jan. 4, which meets the Brown Act 24 hour advance notice requirements for a special meeting. However, the purpose of the meeting is generally for a full council to reconsider the staff reports and recommendations regarding enforcement options for the county health order discussed in prior staff reports dated Sept. 22, 2020 and July 28, 2020. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions about how to call in. The meeting registration page will be available once the agenda is published.
