Full time Maintenance/Handyperson required for small family run motels in Largo. Maintenance position will be 40 hrs per week Monday through Saturday. Maintenance person must have basic maintenance/handyman skills: Duties will include yard work, minor plumbing repairs, painting, removing and cleaning of window AC units and general upkeep of buildings inside and out. Occasionally will be required to help out with housekeeping duties. Long term opportunity for mature individual who would enjoy working in a relaxed environment. Pleasant personality and attitude is a must. Must be trustworthy, reliable and self-directed. Background check, Drug check and references are required.
