Experienced Window Washer Needed

We are hiring an experienced window washer. Most of the work is new construction window cleaning, but we do re-cleans as well sometimes. If you only have experience with re-cleans, we are willing to train. You must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck/van with racks so you can carry ladders. If you have your own equipment, that's a plus, but not necessary as we can supply everything. Must be willing to work on your own, but you will have help when needed. You need to be able to handle up to a 32' ladder on your own and not be afraid of heights, of course. We work in and around Austin, Spicewood, Dripping Springs, Lago Vista. Occasionally we work as far as Liberty Hill and Georgetown, but that's not the norm. Many jobs take more than one day to complete as most of the homes we work on are luxury custom homes averaging 5,000sf. Work week is Monday-Friday, weekends are not required. You will be working as a subcontractor. Pay is per window. $45,000-$55,000 per year
