We are a small dealership looking to work with a 1099 Powersports mechanic. We have multiple machines that need reconditioning, now and in the future. We are looking for someone that has their own tools, lift, and needed items to work on all Powersports machines except for boats and watercraft. We will start a 90-day trial and determine if you and we are the right fit. Once we establish confidence, we can renegotiate your contractor's fee. This will be a 1099 “independent contractor” position. We want you to be able to take advantage of all the tax-friendly write-offs. You will need your own parts vendor or the know-how to set up.
