We are looking to re-home our Labrador Retriever/Great Dane mix. Maverick is a 9 year old, Labradane. All the looks of a Labrador Retriever and the size of a Great Dane, weighing in at 150lbs. We recently adopted him, but unfortunately he is not compatible with our other dogs. Maverick is a very sweet, lazy dog whose favorite pastimes are laying his head in your lap to be petted, chewing on bones, and sleeping. The Lab in him still enjoys playing fetch and the Dane in him, proudly leans against his person for love and affection. He would do best in a home with no other pets. He has shown signs of food aggression, resource guarding, and growls if the attention is not on him. His previous owner shared that Maverick does have some medical needs. He has a pouch on his back-side and requires to be wiped after each potty, which is upwards to 6-8 times a day. He also has hot spots which would need attending to until they heal. He is up to date on all shots except Bordetella, and we will provide the vet records that were provided to us. We are asking a small re-homing fee of $50.
