Please Help! I Need My Dog Trained For My Disibility

Please can anyone help me ? I'm a disabled senior who needs help with my dog trained to help me picking up things that I drop and can't pick up because of my disibility and bring me things. also to get help if I need it because I live alone...he is a 2 year old Chihuahua and is very alert I taught him to sit.lay down.and roll over.but I can't teach him to pick up things I drop if I tell him to get it for me he just smells it and won't bring it to me..I'm on SSDI so I have just enough to pay my rent ☹️ I was hoping there might be a program that could help with training a dog as a service dog to help me for low income disabled seniors.I really need my dog to help me ! Can anyone help
