Pair of Indian ringneck parrot need to rehome. Both birds are 2 years old. Male and fe They were hand raised and hand tamed and lived in my house for three years but have been in an outdoor Aviary for the last two years so will need some work to build their trust again. They still fly up to me and want to play when I approach them but I just don’t have the time anymore. If you are planning to keep these birds in your house you can have the cage.
