Event Staff Needed

We are still looking for a few good event staffers to support our event this weekend. Go Karting on Ice back to Chicago this weekend and are looking for hardworking & friendly event staff to help staff our event. This is a one-of-a-kind event sweeping the nation. We're looking for talented, organized, detail-oriented, intelligent, friendly, and hard-working people to help us put on a fun and exciting event. The ideal person has a brand ambassador or hospitality background. This person should be very comfortable interacting with people and working with minimal supervision. We prefer to have our staff work full-day shifts but shorter/half-day shifts are available. If you're a Go-Kart enthusiast (or mechanic experience) it's a big plus, See event shift times below: Saturday, July 23rd - 1:00pm - 11:30pm Sunday, July 17th 10:00am - 5:00pm Duties include: Event set up Make sure the venue area remains tidy and presentable for guests Greeting guests/Checking tickets/vaccine status/Identification Providing support to kart operators (wrangling groups for rides/performing safety briefings/driving karts on and off ice) Running games/activities throughout the event day Compensation: $25 per hour - to be paid within 5-7 business days of the event close. All payments are made via a direct deposit and a W9 must be completed. Contracts are provided upon request. We'll be responding to all potential candidates as submissions come in.
