Jelly Bean is a 2 yr old male English / American cross. He’s vet checked healthy and super active and chatty. He’s fully flighted and loves to fly around the room. He’ll sit on your finger if you coax him with millet. Comes with nice cage and everything you need to get started. Ideally he should be with a retired person and other budgies as he loves company and would be miserable left all alone all day. Fifty dollar rehoming fee applies.
