As a Construction Crew Member for Hello Garage of St. Louis, you will help redefine this unique industry by installing garage floor coating and basic storage – easy to install. Works across both St Charles and St Louis Counties What We Provide: Competitive pay starting at $19/hr, 6 paid Holidays, opportunity for profit sharing Monday thru Friday schedule with minimal weekends required Opportunities for professional growth A trusting, respectful, and fun culture As a Crew Member, you will spend your days: Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job Grind interior concrete surfaces using orbital floor grinder Apply Polyaspartic floor coatings using squeegee and rollers Install and hang shelving units, cabinets, and slatwall Work primarily in garages and other covered / indoor facilities Clean work site before, during and after installation Clean and keep organized Hello Garage truck and warehouse The Education and Experience we require: High school diploma or GED preferred and Valid driver’s license and safe driving record 1+ years of experience in the construction trades and Unrestricted lifting ability Ability to kneel and crawl Hello Garage of St. Louis is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and we seek to create an inclusive workplace that embraces diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and perspectives.
