Hello, and thank you for response to my ad. This is a fix up, for a client who is going to be renting out the house to some renters. They hired me to take care of all of this for them and I happen to be out of town at the time and the guys who went in there yesterday to put on the backslash as well as a couple of the other items totally we're goofballs! What I'm looking for right now is a professional who is hungry and can get in there and save my job as well as present themselves well to the client and get the work done as soon as possible. I'm willing to pay per hour to make sure that I'm not screwed again because I'm not in town at the moment and I need to make sure that this is done properly backsplash would be first I realize that from the pictures you'll see that the backsplash will have to be taken off and new backsplash put on, painting is required along with a few other jobs. There will be more work with a slow leak that is in the bathroom or drywall will have to be cut that will be a separate job and separate pay. So if you are a great worker, you present yourself well and you get the job done then please contact me if you're going to waste my time please don't I'm not interested in it. I have over 10 years experience in this industry and I know that the right thing is about to appear and the right person and I can get you a lot of work because I run a lot of ads. Just sometimes as you know as well as I know prices vary based upon when people are available and when people are not. You'll need to have zelle venmo or cash app to complete this job.
