Office Assistant
Essential Duties:
• Answering a multiline phone system and transferring calls to different departments accordingly
• Input of all sales documents
• Creation of all sales transactions working closely with Sales Team
• All financing
• Offering & Selling of Extended Service Contracts & Gap
• Input of all major units into POS system
• Registration, title work and paperwork for all sold units
• Filling of sold units, new service paperwork, owner’s manuals etc.
• Ordering office supplies
• Clear communication with all departments
• Team Player
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Computer literate, excellent customer service, experience with Microsoft Office, ability to multi task and operate in a busy power sports shop.
Office experience minimum 1 years required; knowledge of a motor sports industry is a plus. We are seeking a prompt and reliable employee to join our team.
Compensation
Hourly position, pay based on experience. Position is Tuesday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm
