General labor - monthly retainer

I'm seeking someone who can provide general labor on a monthly basis, perhaps ten (10) hours per month to start at $17 per hour. The schedule would be flexible and help is needed with the following types of tasks: - Lawn mowing (riding mower and gas provided) - General labor such as moving items, pruning trees, picking-up branches - Occasional food shopping - Additional tasks to be identified The ideal scenario would be to pay someone an hourly fee with a guaranteed number of hours per month on an ongoing basis, therefore providing additional income on a flexible schedule.
