• Ever wonder what it takes to train your muscles to ride true to the road?
• Get your body in shape with Nationally Known Fitness Expert Jolene Ballard in Commons Park.
• She will lead a bar method style session that will train lower body and glutes, blast upper body using Cyclebar weights, and hit 15 minutes of abs!
• The work out is complimentary, but we ask that you provide an RSVP.
• In the event of inclement weather, the class will be canceled.
