Ward 4 will be hosting a wine pairing event featuring a 5 course dinner inspired by French wines.
We will be tasting wines from all over France, and having dishes from several regions throughout France.
1st Course - Duck Confit with Black Berry Coulis
2nd Course - Black Currant Sorbet with Crème de Cassis
3rd Course - Bouillabaisse, a Fish Stew with Tomato and Saffron Broth
4th Course - Boeuf Bourguignon, a Braised Short Rib in Burgundy Sauce
5th Course - Biscuits de Roses de Reims and Raspberry Cream Stuff Choux Pastry
This will be a ticketed event, you can either purchase tickets through Event Brite, or at our restaurant.
A portion of the proceeds of this event will be going to the Pan Mass Challenge. The Pan Mass Challenge supports the Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Learn more about it HERE !
