Local homebuilder is seeking a qualified Punchout Technician for job sites in New Castle and Northern Kent County area. Candidate must be skilled in trim carpentry, drywall, painting and should be familiar with all aspects of new home construction. This position will require interaction with our customers at times so a professional appearance and communication skills are a must. Candidate must have their own vehicle, tools and have good time management skills. Salary is negotiable and based on experience
