Job Description A wonderful, outdoorsy family in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a long-term nanny to join them in caring for their 2.5-year-old and 11-month-old boys. • Location: Foothill area • Start Date: ASAP! • Schedule: The schedule will vary each week as the parent's work schedule fluctuates each month. o The family will always give at least 1 to 2 months' notice regarding which specific days they need help. o On average, the family will need between 20 to 40 hours of childcare each week; in other words, they can offer full-time hours, yet do not necessarily need childcare full-time. o One important note is to emphasize that weekends will be in high demand. We both work most weekends. Therefore, help on Saturdays and Sundays will be Paramount. • Compensation: As a private employer you set your own rates • Benefits: 10 days PTO & Holiday pay • This is a live-out position Qualifications • Someone who can provide a loving, bright environment for the children to grow and thrive, has a keen eye for safety, and is a general team player. • Fully vaccinated against COVID 19 before starting date • 2 years of prior childcare experience • Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones • Accommodating with a fluctuating schedule • Can be available on weekends Additional Information Compensation: Our nannies set their own rates; the listed hourly rate range is what the family prefers to pay. $18 - $23 hourly Please APPLY ONLINE at:
