We are seeking a new employee to assist with preparing custom motorcycle products for painting. We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of the automotive and motorcycle painting process. Our ideal candidate has experience and is proficient at: • General surface preparation prior to paint • Sanding edges and trimming small items • Using various hand tools, cut off wheels, and grinders • Experience with a variety of sand papers and body work materials • Knowledge of the automotive painting process • Experience wet sanding & buffing painted parts is a huge advantage but not required for this position We offer a very professional atmosphere for anyone who enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to great custom projects. Our shop is heated, clean, and very organized. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is reliable, and can make a positive influence within our team. Opportunity for more responsibilities and more pay is available for anyone who is able to excel at the primary responsibilities of this position. This is a full-time position. Hours are Mon - Fri from 8am to 5pm. No Saturdays, no weekends, no holidays. Pay rate ranges from $15-$19 per hour depending on experience. A higher rate is available for the right candidate with the right experience. Paid holidays and company sponsored healthcare are available after 90 days. Paid time off is available after 1-year.
