About the EventBlack & Nobel in collaboration with Aknowingspirit and bayleaf teas will host an exciting discussion in the heart of Philadelphia! This talk is open to the community. We will discuss natural living, books, black entrepreneurship and creativity, and community. As a special treat, attendees are invited to sample bayleaf tea—a popular tea brand based in Grenada, West Indies. One of the speakers will be Candace Paul, an author and publisher based out of Washington, D.C. Candace holds a J.D. from the David A. Clarke School of Law, and a B.A. in Public Relations from Howard University. Now, she helps authors take their books from concept to publication. Her series Spiritual Warfare, focuses on the unseen world, and controlling forces pushing us further away from good, toward evil. Also speaking is Tamika Phillip, a Caribbean native who has travelled and lived in several countries.Tamika earned a B. A in Communication Arts at St.Francis College in New York.
