Termite Control Technician Omega Termite and Pest Control is seeking the right individual who wants to grow with our company. This is an entry level position. Qualifications • Ability to read and write English • Excellent communication skills • Work in confined space and crawl on knees and belly at times • Clean driving record • Pass pre-employment screening and drug test Job Duties Under the supervision of a licensed Pest Control Technician, this position will include: • Review the licensee’s inspection report outlining the areas of the home that require treatment • Accessing the areas of infestation by crawling under houses, in attics and other areas around the home • Removing all wood scraps from under the house (subterranean termite food) • Eliminate all evidence of the termite infestation • Dig approximate 4” trenches in the soil beneath or around the perimeter of the house to allow for treatment in these areas • Drill holes through concrete slabs or adjacent hardscapes to allow treatment of the soil beneath these areas • Clean up the work site after completion of the job • Complete paperwork as required • Study for and pass the certified applicators exam • Complete miscellaneous tasks to assist in day-to-day operations Compensation • Competitive pay • Full health coverage • Full dental coverage • 2 weeks of vacation pay • 10 days of holiday pay • 401(k) retirement plan with company match Omega Termite and Pest Control provides an environment for our employees that results in long-term employment.
