Morning Farm Assistant

I have a small farm in Sunol. I primarily grow tomatoes and develop new varieties of tomatoes. I also grow peppers, squash, edible flowers and herbs. Most of my crop is sold to restaurants (directly and indirectly). I also have a small seed business. I need someone to help me harvest and pack a variety crops and seeds. The emphasis is on carefulness and quality of work, and not on physical output. I have another employee who does most of the heavy lifting on the farm. Work on field is done in the morning, and we do not work in the sun when the temperature is above 90 degrees. The person I am looking for must start at (or before) 7AM. They must also provide their own transportation to the farm in Sunol. There is no public transit in the area. The number of days per week and the specific days are flexible.
