About this event: Come kick off the new school year with us! It will be a fun night of live music with Briscoe, Hunter Cox and The Big League Boys, and Montclair at Stage 12 on Thursday, August 25th! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the performances will begin at 7:00 p.m.! Stage 12 is dedicated to bringing quality performances and events to Bryan/College Station, and this will be no exception! About the bands: Briscoe is the Austin-based project of Truett Heintzelman and Philip Lupton. Briscoe draws musical influence from what many consider the golden years of music, the late 1960's to mid 1970's. With a variety of instrumentation, Briscoe's live shows and studio recordings blend a variety of instrumentation such as banjo, saxophone, cello and harmonica. Briscoe hopes to continue to grow as a band as they pursue degrees from the University of Texas. The band consists of Izack Redmon on drums, Will Braun on bass and keys, and the Lone Ranger on guitar (no one knows his true name). Together they have cultivated a unique sound that airs on the side of Folk Rock, with a HEAVY emphasis on Rock. Someone once asked, "How would you describe your music?" In a synchronized fashion, they all replied, "Loud." Their debut single, Gunslinger, released in 2019, continues to gain popularity with over 800,000 streams. Permitted items: cell phone cameras Prohibited items: free-standing lawn or camping chairs professional cameras or recording devices selfie sticks refillable containers (water bottles, tumblers, etc.) personal coolers personal umbrellas pets (service animals welcome) outside food or non-alcoholic drinks, unless purchased in store outside alcohol drinks, unless purchased at bar in store Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You may print your ticket, show your order summary on your phone or show your ticket in the Wallet app. We will scan the barcode on your ticket prior to entry. Do I need to bring my ID to the show? If you plan on drinking alcohol while inside the venue, your must present a valid photo ID and be over 21 years of age. We take checking IDs very seriously. Can I purchase tickets the day of the concert? Yes. You may purchase them anytime on Eventbrite.com or the day of the show at the customer service office inside the store. The venue is outdoors. What happens if it rains? Stage 12 is a rain or shine venue. In the event we experience inclement or dangerous weather, the show will be rescheduled. We will address these situations on a case by case basis, but rest assured, we'll make it right. Does my child need a ticket? All attendees, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to enter.
