This set has been in my family for many years. I became owner in 2005. I had it reupholstered and refurbished. It is in fine condition. See below for details. The set was manufactured in the 1800’s. Exact date unknown. A beautiful wine 100% cotton velour by a high end fabric company. Cushion insides made with excellent quality foam. Sofa - 77” L, 32” H, 25” D Grandmother chair- 27” L, 35” H, 23” D Grandfather chair - 32”L, 40” H, 23”D There are minor signs of life and age. The frames have tiny joint separation . The wood has been very well cared for. The pieces are gorgeous but need a larger space to accommodate them ; I live in a tiny apt. It has been difficult to finally make a decision to part with them.
