String players and drummer for jamgrass band

Ween. Phish. Dead. But bluegrass. Some covers. Some originals. Irreverent with a punk edge. I want to be able to play acoustic first sets and electric second sets. I play the stand up bass and electric bass. And do some singing. But don't want to be the only singer. What do you do? I am open to anything that sounds good. Looking to be gigging by spring.
