As families gear up for the start of the 2022-2023 school year, the City of North Miami is preparing a celebration to help excite students about returning to the classroom. On Friday, August 5, 2022, the City of North Miami will host the Mayor and Council Back to School Block Party. The outdoor event will take place at Cagni Park, 13498 NE 8 Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161, from 4PM to 8PM. The event will provide students and their families with an array of resources that will help them succeed in the upcoming academic year. It will allow attendees to visit several vendor booths geared toward providing information on various topics related to education, health, and so much more. Local residents will receive backpacks filled with school essentials that will help aide them in their learning while everyone will have a chance to partake in fun-filled amusement.
