Description

This training will provide: • An overview of effective early intervention strategies for children with autism and their families, with an emphasis on social communication. • Tips for encouraging caregivers to be effective play and communication partners using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral strategies. • An interactive activity inviting attendees to apply newly learned strategies to their own caseloads. This workshop is appropriate for: • Early Intervention service providers • Early Childhood professionals • Developmental specialists • Speech therapists • Occupational therapists • Physical therapists • Parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers *This workshop is FREE to attend in-person or virtually.
