Recovery Advocacy Day aims to raise awareness of substance use conditions, celebrates individuals in recovery, and acknowledges the work of prevention, treatment, and recovery support services. This annual event allows participants to engage with their legislators, share their story and convey a message of hope that people can and do recover. Mission - Inspiring others to advocate for change to reduce stigma associated with substance use conditions. Vision - With the power of unity and the courage to change we envision a world where recovery is celebrated and available to all.
