Small dog, huge potential

I have a beautiful female dog, 21 lbs, good with cats and dogs more than 20 lbs. She is extremely strong for her size, and incredibly smart. She is a chihuahua mix, but do not get her if you want a chihuahua. Honest points about her is that she cannot be around any type of rabbit, rat, gerbil, chicken, anything prey like. She is great around cats. She has lived with our two cats her whole life and the cats intimidate her. I have many birds and chickens and she does not fit in with that for us. I have tried for 2 years and i got her at 8 weeks. she would be a fantastic member of the family if someone has kids who are rambunctious and another dog thats bigger than her. she needs a fenced in yard. she needs preferably someone who is a runner or would ride a bike and let her run with you. If you hunt ducks, or are outdoorsy, this is the perfect compact companion for you. She is young. and very smart. I'm not worried about price, just the right home. color blonde
