Fulltime Maintenance Position for 48 unit apartment complex in Aztec, NM Keep buildings, units & grounds in good repair. Knowledge of HVAC systems (swamp coolers, gas heaters, water heaters), preventative maintenance, basic repairs including plumbing, and electrical, daily grounds keeping, daily common area cleaning, prepare units for move in and other duties as assigned. Must have the ability to meet deadlines, take direction, be on call and work independently.
