Need help for a week with potential for full time

Good day to all. I am a subcontractor in the market for a ‘right hand man’. The work is mostly shed building at the moment. Extensive knowledge in the trades is not necessary, but experience using power tools would be ideal. I am happy to teach anyone who wants to learn. You must be able to help me lift up to 250 lb walls and move around comfortably on a roof. I want someone to match my driven pace. The work is generally Monday-Friday. I prefer to get started around 6:30 am. We work until the shed is done which depends on the size of the shed and our ability to work together in an efficient manner. Starting pay is $20-25/hr and bonuses are definitely on the table for the right person. Ultimately, I am a fair and driven man looking for someone with the potential to become an integral part of my business.
