I am finishing a full remodel in South Austin. The scope of work is as follows; Caulking all baseboards Touch up paint Trim out doors Install shelving Balance a few doors Install pencil trim in bathroom Sand and paint a few areas on walls Replace a few floor tiles that have chips from construction Clean up including floors I am estimating 4 days of work Pay scale is as follows; This is a contract job, will fill out a W9 for me to 1099 You will be paid at the end of the contract $800.00 We are a legit remodeling company, please look us up at www.christianconstruct.com Do not call, text only. 512-903-8079 Hours 9-6 starting tomorrow (Saturday) and we will work until we are done with punch out.
