Single Female mid 30s with a small dog ( 7 lbs.) seeking a room, cottage or studio for 1500 or less.. with or without utilities...happy to help out around the property.. handy with some appliances and can do most yardwork or pool maintenance. Good Rental history, OK credit, Stable full time employment and a side gig (pet services). Just looking for a clean safe place. For me and my few belongings!
