Weird Occurrences Late 80's Early 90's?

Hi, I grew up in Anchorage and lived off Muldoon around the Chugach Foothills Park in the late 80's then moved to South Anchorage in 1990. When I lived in East Anchorage I had some bizarre encounters with strange people in that area and found a burnt bible/noose/and bloody sheet in the woods one afternoon while exploring as a kid. I'm looking to see if anyone else experienced anything like this at all around there? Please hit me up if you remember anything or have any other leads or information regarding strange occurrences.
